- Act as the main contact person for all income tax-related reports on non-cash benefits (e.g. gifts, company events, travel expenses)
- Work with colleagues from different departments to review cases with potential tax implications and ensure documentation is complete
- Learn how to apply flat-rate taxation rules (§ 37b, § 40 EStG) and use them in day-to-day cases
- Provide payroll with the correct information so that benefits are taxed properly
- Help document and archive tax-related processes
- Support the team during wage tax audits by preparing the required dokumentation
- Gradually take over invoice processing related to non-cash benefits
Who we are looking for
- Secondary school with an A-Levels equivalent
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of German income tax law is an advantage, especially regarding non-cash benefits
- Willingness to work with travel expense data and inputs from different departments
- Experience with SAP or similar systems
- Experience analyzing more complex tax topics, supporting tax audits and background in accounts payable or payroll are strong advantage
- Clear communication skills and the ability to follow up on open topics
- Reliable, independent working style combined with a collaborative mindset
- Good German (min. B2) and English skills (min. B2)
Salary package starts from 1.700 EUR/month gross, depending on relevant experience and other skills according to the requirements of the given position.
