- Development of suitable search strategies in active sourcing and handling the initial approach
- Active support of applicants and hiring managers throughout the entire active sourcing process and responsibility for an optimal experience on both sides
- Professional support and advice for managers at all levels in close coordination with the recruiter responsible
- Responsibility for constantly adapting suitable recruiting strategies and recognizing new trends in active sourcing
- Development and creation of market and talent maps as well as salary benchmarks on a global level
- Long-term development of a strong talent network on a global level
- Prospective takeover of the entire full-cycle recruiting process of a division - from job advertisement to final hiring
Who we are looking for
- Degree or comparable qualification and several years of experience in active sourcing or recruiting with a focus on active sourcing/research activities
- Strong affinity for technology, digitalization and new recruiting tools and trends
- Proven expertise in active sourcing, interviewing and applicant management
- Initiative, solution orientation and courage to implement innovative ideas
- Passion for talent acquisition at ams OSRAM and a flair for people
- Experience in an international working environment and ability to adapt quickly to new geographical markets
- Fluency in German and English to communicate confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders
