- Design and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits
- Execute transistor-level analog design of complex circuits, ensuring compliance with block-level specifications
- Perform detailed design, simulation, and analysis; support verification and validation of integrated circuits in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including analog, layout, digital design, and validation engineers
- Actively participate in design reviews, technical discussions, test planning, and preparation of comprehensive design documentation
- Demonstrate solid expertise in circuit simulations, including PVT analysis, Monte Carlo, mixed-signal simulations, modeling, and optimization
- Show creativity and innovation by participating in generation of new IP and contributing to patent filings
Who we are looking for
- Ph.D., Master’s, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics with a strong focus on analog/mixed-signal IC design or a closely related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design
- Proficiency in Cadence EDA tools
- Experience with MATLAB or Python for system-level simulations is highly desirable
- Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design principles
- Practical experience with few of the following blocks: ADCs, DACs, LNAs, PGAs, voltage/current references, and LDOs
- Collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
