- Manage and grow commercial relationships with assigned clients, negotiating and closing sales agreements in Cataluña and northern Spain
- Identify new business opportunities, attract new clients, and strengthen loyalty among existing accounts
- Support marketing initiatives and product‑promotion campaigns to accelerate sales growth
- Coordinate events, product demonstrations, and training sessions with clients
- Analyze and report market trends, competitive activity, and commercial actions
- Lead business development efforts to increase market share and support ITG’s local growth strategy
- Guide customers through product capabilities, address inquiries, manage the full sales cycle, and meet quantitative and qualitative targets
Who we are looking for
- Professional training or higher university degree and courses and/or master's degree in the commercial area
- At least 3+ years of work experience in a similar position, and knowledge of aftermarket in automotive spare parts and purchasing group partners in the geographic area of influence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in direct person-to-person communication. Empathy and constant contact with clients
- Results-oriented, resilient and adaptable
- Teamplayer with a strategic and business vision
- Tools: Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge appreciated
- Native-level Spanish and business‑fluent English are mandatory
