Your new responsibilities

  • Full commercial responsibility for the defined category - Backend Assy material e.g. epoxy, chemical, solder paste, etc
  • A key team member of a cross-functional, multi-site Commodity Team
  • Contribute actively to the definition and implementation of a global sourcing strategy.
  • Takes responsibility on communication of global sourcing strategy to the decision board (Sourcing Board)
  • Responsible and accountable for the negotiations and definition of global procurement contracts
  • Responsible and accountable for an unified global price book
  • Supplier relationship management and development where necessary
  • Ready to steer sourcing projects for new technologies and alternative suppliers
  • Pro-active in identifying and implementing of saving potentials.


What we look for


  • Studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, industrial economics or business administration.
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar job environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is good to have.
