Your new responsibilities

  • Responsible for FrontEnd non-conformance risk assessment / excursion containment at BackEnd.
  • Responsible and take necessary actions to prevent re-occurrence of FrontEnd excursion to BackEnd.
  • Support change management on material or process from FrontEnd to BackEnd.
  • Responsible for Chip improvements / changes proliferation to BackEnd via change request. Work with cross-function teams for BackEnd workability build planning, data review and publish data to FrontEnd requestor.
  • Responsible for BackEnd non-conformance due to FrontEnd chip issue and work with FrontEnd for containment and improvement.

  • Min 3 years of work related experience in waferfab or equivalent experience in semiconductors field.
