- Responsible of managing customer requirements in cooperation with Order Fulfilment with consideration of inventory targets.
- Plans, directs and monitors all supply and logistics activities to ensure a cost-effective flow of merchandise from supplier(s) and/or to customers in the assigned organizational unit.
- Manages day-to-day supply and logistics activities to maximize the efficiency, delivery reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.
- Create weekly “net demand plan” for defined time period for all production sites and FG supplier consideration of all relevant factors of influence (capacity, Demand plan, inventory targets, orders).
- Managing Order confirmation and processing, Continuous CD/RD Optimization of order backlog & Observe FG material in- & outflow and components availability.
- Crisis management to be able to execute & support allocation /crisis situation whenever recognition of supply interruption to close the gap of demand supply with measures.
- Inventory management handling to secure Healthy stock level and minimize unhealthy stock in line with targets.
- Open minded communication towards interfaces /counterparts & proactively info knowledge gain across area of responsibility.
What we look for
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration, Advanced degree or professional certification is advantageous.
- At least 3+ years in semiconductor field or related supply chain knowledge.
- Proficiency in planning tools, ERP system and advanced excel skills.
- International exposure due to close collaboration with Team outside Malaysia.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin to be able to communicate & facilitate collaboration with diverse teams.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
