Your new responsibilities

  • Supporting the regional distribution team in executing the global & regional contracts in a compliant, accurate & timely way.  
  • Assisting regional sales team to solve issues with the distributors while maintaining proper financial control over the processes.
  • Responsible for the timeliness of Ship and Debit, Price Protection and Scrap allowance claims validation and processing.
  • Accrual Management for Distributor claims related topics and preparation of JV for month end closing.
  • Distributor Incentive calculation and achievement tracking.
  • Responsible for Co-op program governance.
  • Handling of other compensation, warranty and insurance claims.
  • Ad hoc project, reporting & analysis in aid of decision making.


What we look for


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2-3 years working experience in controlling or sales operations related roles, in particular Distribution channel.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills, Words and PowerPoint.
  • SAP system and Power BI knowledge area an added advantage.
  • Effective communication skills - English and Chinese Literacy will be an added advantage to deal with Distributors in China.
  • Team player and able to work with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines.
  • Able to self-sustain and adapt to changes according to the business requirements.
