Your new responsibilities

  • Knowledge and hands on experience on Testing equipment. 
  • Sustain Machine performance in term of Down Time, MTBA, MTBF and Throughput.                     
  • Perform machine conversion, tool change to support production.             
  • Collaborate with the process and production teams on the shop floor to carry out investigation and address daily issues.
  • Able to work in shift and overtimes at all times as required and maintain 5S for machine and working environment.               


What we look for


  • Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a Back-End manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, sensors, and electrical/electronic components.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Good team spirit with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
