Your new responsibilities

  • Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT- Operation
  • Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT-- Setup/ Conversion
  • Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT-- Recipe creation
  • Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT-- Repair
  • Maintain 5S for machine and working enviroment
  • Maintain machine and working enviroment ready for audit
  • Support improvement project
     


What we look for


  • Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronic / Technical college / Vocational college.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience.
  • Good understanding of mechanical components, Troubleshooting & Problem Solving, understanding of Electrical & Electronic systems.
  • Skills in Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, computer literated.
  • Excellent Teamwork, Communication, and Conflict Resolution.
