Your new responsibilities

  • Maintaining and sustaining variety production equipments in perfect condition to meet machine OEE target.
  • Modification and design of machine assembly and parts for improving machine peformance and efficiency.
  • Maintenance and control of machine parts and assembles on life span, usage and cost effectiveness including maintenance cost.
  • To work closely with process engineer for yield improvement and reducing major defects.


What we look for


  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in engineering field preferably in Mechanical, E&E.
  • Min 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong technical experience and expertise on Datacon pick & place, ASM Die Bond 
  • Technical knowledge in the area of electronics.
  • Good computer knowledge.
