Equipment Technician/Senior Technician/Associate Engineer (Casting/Spray Coating)

Your new responsibilities

  • Knowledge and hands on experience on casting, spray coating machines.
  • Sustain Machine performance in term of Down Time, MTBA, MTBF and Throughput.
  • Lead continue improvement project related to machine performance or cost saving.
  • Manage resources in term of shift coverage, discipline and training.
  • Support on audit (internal, external and customer)
  • Manage documentation related to equipment (edit or create documentation of Procedure, Machine OCAP, Machine FMEA, Check list & etc)
  • Collaborate with the process and production teams on the shop floor to carry out investigation and address daily issues.
     


What we look for


  • Diploma or higher qualification
  • Min 5 year of experience in equipment maintenance.
  • Min  8 year Back End manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical, sensors and eletrical/electronics knowledge is preferred.
  • Completed Black Belt training in Six-Sigma.
  • MS Office App
  • English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good Teamwork and Cross functional cooperation
