- The Facilities Project Manager (FPM) will lead the end to end planning, coordination, and execution of a fixed term facilities project within a semiconductor back end manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for delivering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety outcomes while ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations. The FPM will serve as the central point of coordination across FM engineering, operations, EHS, contractors, and external service providers.
- Lead full lifecycle project management: scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, installation, commissioning, and close out.
- Oversee facility infrastructure modifications, tool hook ups, cleanroom related works, and MEP system upgrades associated with semiconductor back end processes.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment with production windows, shutdown periods, and operational contingencies. Manage project risk assessments, including EHS reviews, operational impact analysis, and change control documentation.
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing, engineering, equipment, facilities maintenance, and sustaining operations teams to ensure project alignment with factory requirements. Lead contractor management activities, including daily oversight, performance tracking, site coordination, and dispute resolution.
- Own all project documentation: permits, method statements, risk assessments, drawings, specifications, commissioning records, and as built documentation. Ensure compliance with internal FM standards, local regulatory requirements, and industry safety protocols. Prepare project dashboards, spend tracking reports, and executive level updates for steering committees and leadership.
- Plan work sequencing to minimize impact on production yield, WIP flow, tool uptime, and operational continuity. Enforce rigorous safety controls, including permit to work, lock out/tag out (LOTO), and confined space/working at height requirements. Facilitate smooth commissioning, testing/verification, and handover to hook up and operations teams.
