Governance
- Ensure system stability, optimal performance, and alignment with global HR processes and standards
- Support release management activities, including feature assessment, impact analysis, and regression testing
- Develop deep expertise in key functional areas such as roles and permissions, report creation and maintenance, and management of global-to-local system integrations
Operations
- Act as a Level 1/Level 2 support subject matter expert for SuccessFactors modules
- Maintain and enhance inbound and outbound integrations, as well as custom interfaces; proactively troubleshoot and resolve system failures
- Lead issue resolution by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable, long-term solutions
Data Management
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR data governance policies
- Perform advanced data activities, including data loads, mass updates, and data validation to support business needs
What we look for
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in HR IT systems.
- Comprehensive experience with SuccessFactors (preferably in Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Recruiting, or Learning); experience with other local HR systems is also desirable.
- Experience with Jira or ServiceNow.
- Strong background in operating global HR systems.
- Proven experience collaborating with international, remote teams and external service providers.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
