As part of IT Service Management team, we are looking for a student who will help to Monitor & Enhance the IT Service Management (ITSM) Processes. Are you curious about how large IT landscape is operated in a multinational company, supported by the ITSM? Do you have strong work ethics and willingness to learn extensively about ITSM processes and tools? Are you motivated and willing to go the extra mile to develop and improve the ITSM process that benefits thousands of users?
If yes, then this internship is a good opportunity for you to get involved in:
- Design new processes, analyze and improve existing processes and ITSM solutions.
- Analyze existing IT Service Management data for Respective Processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration Knowledge Article Management.
- Communicate with relevant teams or individuals to improve practices governed by ITSM process.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Business Information Technology or related area. Final semester student is preferred.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and curiosity to learn.
- Basic knowledge of low-code platforms or workflow-based applications.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and IT Service Management / ITIL would be beneficial.
- Minimum internship duration of 4 months
