Your new responsibilities

  • Establish and evaluate IE time standard periodically, through time / motion studies activities, to ensure data reliable, transparent and updated timely per any changes implemented.
  • Analyze actual operational performance, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Propose and drive productivity plan to improve machine throughput, line capacity, capital utilization, labor efficiency, cycle time and product cost.
  • Perform work content study and setup new modeling to define machine or labor requirement.
  • Support R&D projects on IE data preparation, gap analysis and capacity improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve company KPI targets.


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor ‘s Degree of Engineering or equivalent, preferably in Industrial / Mechanical / Manufacturing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or semiconductor manufacturing operation field.
  • Fresh Graduates in relevant studies may apply.
