Your new responsibilities

As part of IT Service Management team, we are looking for a student to work in the management of IT landscape in a large multinational company.

Your tasks are:

  • Analyze data of the IT landscape in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
    • Analysis of IT infrastructure data: servers, storage, network and database
    • Analysis of client devices data
    • Analysis of application data
  • Improve the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
    • Collaborate with other IT team to improve the data quality and process.
    • Create and update knowledge articles to provide guidelines and information.
  • Analysis of IT Service Management processes
    • Incident management
    • Request management


Who we are looking for


  • Student in Information Systems or Computer Science
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure
  • Knowledge in area of IT Service Management, ITIL.
  • Knowledge about ServiceNow would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge in web application development HTML and Javascript would be beneficial.
  • Minimum internship period: 4 months
