As part of IT Service Management team, we are looking for a student who will help to monitor & enhance the IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

Are you motivated and willing to go the extra mile to develop and improve the ITSM processes that benefit thousands of users?
If yes, then this internship is a good opportunity for you to get involved in:
· Design new processes, analyze and improve existing processes and ITSM solutions.
· Analyze existing IT Service Management data for respective processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
· Communicate with relevant teams or individuals to improve practices governed by processes
What we look for
· Final semester student pursuing bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, business information technology, IT infrastructure or related area.
· Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and curiosity to learn.
· Knowledge of ServiceNow and IT Service Management / ITIL would be beneficial.
· Basic knowledge of application programming and proficient in MS office.
· Minimum internship duration of 4 months, starting from 10 February 2026 or later, on-site in Georgetown, Penang
