Your new responsibilities

  • Leading the process in development projects. To meet time, process cost and quality requirements.
  • Set the benchmark and roadmap owner for process capability to be best of the class in term of processs efficiency and quality.
  • Lead investigation and analysis of problems, yield and drive implementation of solutions.
  • Able to coordinate and industrialize processes and logistic that fulfil the manufacturability requirements.
  • Able to coordinate and prepare line documentation that can use for manufacturing and audits.
  • Able to understand and optimize the product cost and roadmap.
     


What we look for


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Physics or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate with Product Design experience or with Flexible Foil Assembly experience will have a strong advantage.
  • Process Development using statiscal tool approach, ability to lead and set the benchmark in the industry.
  • Strong analytical skill, systematic problem solving approach skill, statistical knowledge, very careful and detailed-oriented personality.
  • Good report-writing and data analysis skills are required. An in-depth knowledge of statistical tools, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project is required and knowledge of CAD simulation will be an advantage.                   
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and very good communication skills to liaise between different departments/groups.
