Your new responsibilities

  • Assist R&D Process engineer run R&D engineering build.
  • Able to setup and conversion  machines. Exmaple: ASM/ Datacon machines (Die Bond & Wire Bond)/ Sawing/ Casting/ Molding/ Test, etc
  • Work with Process engineer on process development activities.


What we look for


  • Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • > 2 years of working experience in engineering/semiconductor line
  • Support/assist R&D activities such as samples build/Engineering EVA
  • Able to setup and do conversion to run R&D samples build
  • Basic technical knowledge in electronic/semiconductors
  • Good communication skills and in MS Office tools.
