- Provide technical advice and engineering support on thermography and ultrasonic scanning process/equipment related topics in mass manufacturing environment.
- Optimization of deployed solution to achieve optimum balance between quality and productivity with good process control, optimize maverick monitoring trigger limit and maintain good documentation on control plan, WI, FMEA and OCAP.
- Work with equipment engineering team for continue sustainability of operation excellence via appropriate maintenance/PM with cost effective plan, machine improvement with poka-yoke design in the event of FAR/8D/excursion occurrence triggered.
- Enforce safe work procedures and compliance of defined operation SOP/good 5S practice. Support layer process audit and external audit upon request and ensure proper closure of non-conformance finding.
- Support factory wide equipment model/feature and line procedural practice standardization via CEPT and JET platform.
- Support setup and qualify of new thermography and ultrasonic scanning platform during new product launching, to enable fast development cycle to meet Q-gate target and ready during pre-series production phase.
- Work closely with project team members, strategic suppliers and oversea counterparts to define new equipment feature, inspection algorithm optimization and deployment under change management cycle together with quality management team.
What we look for
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Computer Science) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of related working experience in semiconductor or test automation industry.
- Knowledge in mechanical and machine vision design concept will be an added advantage with strong analytical skill and statistical knowledge.
