Product Development & Manufacturing Senior Engineer

Your new responsibilities

  • Ensures material availability for engineering builds, including material ordering
  • Coordinate engineering builds including reservation of machine capacity, engineering resource (engineer, technician or operator)
  • Schedule and prioritize engineering build
  • Ensures smooth engineering sample build, DOE execution, and line readiness
  • Drive yield improvement activities


What we look for


  • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or relevant field.
  • 3 - 10 years in semiconductor field.
  • Candidate with Project Management skills or experience will have a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge in schedule, resource planning, material & capacity planning
  • Strong analytical skill, systematic problem solving approach skill, statistical knowledge, very careful and detailed-oriented personality.
  • Good report-writing and data analysis skills are required. An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project is required and knowledge of Microsoft Access will be an advantage.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and very good communication skills to liaise between different departments/groups.
