- Shape the Strategy: Partner with the Global Mass Market Lead to develop and refine the global mass market strategy for Business Line of Visualization and Sensing.
- Drive Global Impact: Work closely with regional coordinators to turn strategy into action and bring mass market programs to life.
- Measure What Matters: Define KPIs and deliver insightful reports to track and optimize global campaign performance.
- Lead Pricing Excellence: Coordinate the creation and rollout of innovative pricing strategies that boost our market position.
- Create & Launch: Drive the development of impactful marketing collateral and support the execution of standout product launches.
- Boost Digital Performance: Improve mass market tools, websites, and digital marketing initiatives — always aiming for smarter, more engaging solutions.
What we look for
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or sales — experience in semiconductors or distribution is a plus.
- Strong in data analysis and management reporting; experience with AI-driven tools is a big advantage.
- Having a positive and opportunist mindset: You balance detail with the big picture and can explain complex topics clearly and simply.
- Results-driven, structured, and independent — yet a true team player.
- Excellent English skills and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); additional languages are a plus.
