Your new responsibilities

  • Oversee the LPA process is being followed consistently across all levels of the organization. Monitor audits to ensure that they are conducted regularly and non-compliance are addressed. Ensure audit findings are documented and corrective actions are taken when needed.
  • Own LPA Tool globally, setup system requirement & system configuration, maintenance & trouble shooting from all global ams OS sites' administrator escalation. Liase with system vendor for any new enhancement and system issues. System improvement deployment & overall tool utilization for global ams OS sites.
  • Lead and setup LPA program at any new product production line which are deemed critical to quality at BEM & FEK.
  • Provide plant wide (BEM & FEK) training and guidance to audit teams, leadership and shopfloor personnel about the LPA system, audit expectation and continuous improvement to ensure auditors are trained and equipped to carry out audit effectively.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and execution of audits, ensuring all required layers (from shop floor to management) are included in the auditing structure and align with strategic goals and comply to Business Process.
  • Data analysis from audit results to identify trends, weakness or improvement opportunities with the manufacturing. Provide feedback to relevant operation teams for implementation of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessment on Quality system & processes.


What we look for


  • Bachelor of Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experience in LED manufacturing or Wafer processing manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge on IATF16949, VDA6.3 standards, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
  • Experience in process audit, MS Office Competent, Knowledge on LPA Tool is an advantage.
  • English & Malay language proficiency & Excellent communication and presentation skills.
