Regional Real Estate Manager

Your new responsibilities

  • Management and responsibility for regional RE portfolio (in accordance with the overarching corporate/RE guidelines and rules)
  • Location concepts as the basis for RE-driven decisions
  • Location analysis/site searches
  • Disposal/acquisition projects in close cooperation with RE in Germany
  • Management of leases, including negotiation of major new leases, lease extensions and lease terminations
  • Identification and implementation of optimization projects
  • Project management activities
  • Local RE portfolio incl. RE database with controlling, reporting and budget activities
  • Approval processes for real estate transactions in accordance with RE governance
  • Selection and commissioning of real estate service providers
  • Support for regional property/facility management
  • Support for M&A activities (RE workstream) in close cooperation with RE Germany
  • Support with market value appraisals in close cooperation with RE Germany


Who we are looking for


  • University degree or comparable degree with a focus on corporate real estate or business administration or architecture or civil engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate real estate in an international industrial context.
  • Project management skills for projects.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in corporate real estate, ideally in all phases of the value chain.
  • Experience with global operations and knowledge of different local market conditions/practices.
  • Possess Strategic and analytical thinking, Spirit of initiative and results orientation, Self-motivated and pragmatic problem-solving skills, Collaboration, low ego and team orientation.
  • Fluent in local language and English.
