Your new responsibilities

  • Determination of global demand plans for finished goods under consideration of schedules, production & material capacities, order situation, inventories and business objectives.
  • Support long term demand and capacity planning under consideration of strategic goals of ams OSRAM.
  • Preparation and execution of internal alignment meetings with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Industrial Engineering and other SCM departments.
  • Preparation and execution of alignment meetings on Management Level for Sales and Operation Planning for a dedicated Business line.
  • Analysis and Improvement of Planning Quality by interpretation of results from quantitative methods.
  • Collaboration in Projects to improve planning processes of the worldwide supply chain. Securing requirements of the department when it comes to software implementations.


What we look for


  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field, advanced degree or professional certification is advantageous.
  • At least 3+ years in semiconductor field or related supply chain knowledge.
  • International exposure due to close collaboration with Team in Germany and Business Line located in Germany.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in planning tools, ERP system and advanced excel skills
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to maintain high planning accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment and navigate complexities within the Supply Chain.
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning tools end ERP system.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft office for data analysis and reporting.
