Your new responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close assigned projects in alignment with organizational goals
  • Lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Track project progress using appropriate project management tools and methodologies
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and documentation standards
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders
  • Support change management activities and manage scope changes effectively
  • Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements


What we look for


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on project management or coordination experience
  • Experience managing cross‑functional teams in R&D, manufacturing, or technology‑driven environments
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skill
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Exposure to Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience working in fast‑paced or matrix organizations
