- Coordinating end‑to‑end training logistics; including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials, and participant communications, to support learning initiatives.
- Implement and execute the site-specific annual training plan based on learning needs analysis to ensure alignment with organizational business objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess competency and development needs, support in sourcing, evaluating, and recommend targeted learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Familiar with HRDCorp (previously HRDF) training schemes and processes.
- Have knowledge and able to use e-learning tools.
What we look for
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related studies.
- 3-5 years experiences in Learning & Development.
- Experience in managing the learning needs of an organization.
- Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills and able to interact with all level of people.
- Good planning and project management skills.
- Knowledge of ADDIE Instructional Design Model is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning authoring software (Articulate) is an added advantage
