Senior Technician, RD Test Development

Your new responsibilities

  • Assist Engineer in new Testing process and equipment set up or equipment conversion and buyoff activity.
  • Assist Engineer in machine performance data collection , monitoring and report compilation.
  • Assist in Test socket repair, basic handler troubleshooting.
  • Provide training to production personnel, operators and technicians, when necessary.
  • Co-ordinate with supplier (field service engineer) for technical support, setup planning and progress update.
  • Assist in DOE run for process optimization and parameter windows setting.


Who we are looking for


  • Advanced Diploma/ Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min 2-3 year experience in the semiconductor field/ LED testing / CMOS testing / ICT test / Functional test
  • Min 2-3 year experience in  testing /  automation / Process engineering knowledge in LED manufacturing process
  • Able to work in a team & carry out the assign task independently
  • LED / sensor Product knowledge in the area of electronics and/or semiconductors, candidate with IC testing experience will be preferred / advantage if have experience ICT testing.
  • Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), statistical process control & problem solving method. Basic machine functionality (PNP ,Turret handling). Technical hands on in Finetuning mechanism
  • Computer skill / Minitab / Excel / PowerPoint                            
  • Communication & presentation skill                            
  • Positive attitude, Multitasking, Committed, Flexible, Innovative, Good teamwork as well as able to work independently with minimum supervisionAble to support OT - stay back and OT weekend
