Your new responsibilities

Position summary
1. Responsible for planning and scheduling Finish Good build plan by optimizing line loading. 
2. Responsible to meet department KPIs
3. Responsible for inventory management to meet company objectives.
4. Review & analyse weekly & monthly reports (JIT, First Commit, Leadtime)

A. Coordinate in material planning (MRP) and capacity planning
1. To prepare and review weekly build plan, planning forecast number, customer sample and actual demand.
2. To ensure materials & capacity availability for product ramp up.
3. To coordinate in new material & BOM setup once informed by project leader

B. Provide reliable delivery commitment
1. To plan and confirm pre-series or std production loading.
2. To work out with production/engineering group and make necessary commitment to customer.
