- Establish Project-Specific Reliability equipment, setup and operation such as Reliability Measurement (Optical, Electrical, CMOS) process, burn in system & chamber according project timeline.
- Responsible for overall Reliability (REL) requests & measurables, REL operation (Reliability Measurement & Reliability biasing test) related issue, resources management and improvement to ensure reliability test conducted per requirement.
- Responsible for overall REL lab equipment (Measurement, Burn in system) installation, setup and daily operation, spare part management to ensure that the equipment are performed in accordance to international standards & timely manner.
- To support New product Reliability readiness which include product understanding (requirement profile), Involvement in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design for reliability burn in, burn in method and develop measurement programs for reliability testing.
- Support reliability testing for robustness, qualifications, production process improvement, task force and ORT (On going Reliability test) which include Reliability data and results analysis, update of test status and publishing of reliability reports.
- Involvement in laboratory sustaining activities (ISO/IEC 17025) & provide technical advice and guidance to REL technicians.
- Maintaining and continual improvement of REL operation to ensure its efficiency and compliance.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Materials) or higher.
- At least with 5 years working experience in Reliability Engineering in Optical Semiconductor or related field.
- Experience in laboratories accreditation MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 & IES LM80.
- Knowledge and experience in Reliability statistics, burn in method, testing requirement and REL equipment engineering.
- Experience in large scale projects is highly beneficial.
- Highly organized, self-driven way of working.
- Excellent presentation, supervisory and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Quality tools such as FMEA, 8D is beneficial.
- Working experience in international, multi-cultural teams is highly beneficial.
- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
