System Design & Implementation:

• Design, implement, and optimize SAP data management solutions (e.g., SAP BW/4, SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere) to create a scalable, high-performance data ecosystem that drives advanced analytics and business insights.
• Develop and refine complex data models to ensure efficient data processing and seamless integration within the SAP environment.
• Enhance data solutions to effectively support advanced analytics and integrated planning use cases.

Data Integration & Management:

• Design and implement ETL processes for integrating data from various systems into the data warehouse.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across the data environment to maintain consistency and compliance.

Advanced Analytics & Reporting:

• Utilize SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office for planning, reporting, dashboards, and real-time insights.
• Design semantic layers to enable advanced, self-service reporting for business users.
• Optimize analytics solutions for performance and scalability in high-volume data environments.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with  cross-functional teams (business analysts, data engineers, and business users) to understand and translate business requirements into scalable SAP data & analytics solutions. 
• Provide end-user know-how and documentation to ensure effective utilization.
• Leverage SAP data management and analytics solutions while working on global strategic projects to drive business value.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and explore SAP innovations to continuously improve our SAP data & analytics ecosystem.

What we look for

Bachelor Degree and above in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related.

Minimum 5 years of related working experience:

• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA implementation, configuration, and development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW on HANA, data modeling, ETL processes, and data extraction.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics solutions (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and embedded analytics will be added advantage.
• Good understanding of ITIL process and PMP, SDLC or SCRUM methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives. Proven work experience as a project leader.  
• Participate with the management team in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization.  
• Experience working in a global organization.
