- Lead in the development of new product testing for LED, & microLED with IC driver, to ensure product achieved desired robustness performance
Lead test handling and test process development for new products, including equipment concept definition, selection, specification, supplier engagement, TCO evaluation, setup, qualification, and release. - Act as test integrator and technical project lead, working cross‑functionally to ensure test readiness aligned with project milestones, cost targets, and customer requirements, including sample, pre‑series, and ramp‑up builds.
- Drive data‑driven failure analysis and root cause investigations using large datasets from testing, production, BI systems, and customer returns to identify trends, anomalies, and failure mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain automated data analysis and statistical tools (e.g. Python, Databricks, MATLAB) to support product quality, test performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Lead electronics and failure analysis activities, define and coordinate bench tests, and act as a technical expert and key contributor in FAR core teams.
Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives and define the department’s test equipment and capability roadmap in alignment with the organization’s product roadmap.
