- Lead in the development of new product testing solution from scratch to full machine buyoff for LED, & microLED with / without IC driver, to ensure product achieved desired robustness performance.
- Lead in Test handling process development activities for new product development include equipment concept & selection, procurement specification, supplier discussion, cost of ownership calculation, and equipment setup and buyoff release.
- To be test integrator/ test technical project lead to work with product development team to ensure test process development is fulfilling project gate/ milestone/ and cost. Participate in engineering sample, pre-series and ramp-up build to fulfill customer order.
- Be initiatives in identify and implement continuous improvement for efficiency gain and quality improvement in product testing.
- To lead in department footprint to ensure team readiness in test equipment road map that aligned with organization's product road map.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Test Engineering, Photonics, or Physics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including test handling, LED testing, and/or CMOS testing
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in testing, automation, and process engineering, with strong knowledge of LED manufacturing and characterization
- Advanced product knowledge in LED or sensor technologies, electronics and/or semiconductors, including tool design and automation
- Advanced proficiency in Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, Minitab, Excel Macros, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a team while also independently executing assigned tasks
- Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- International exposure, such as cross-site workshops and/or conference participation
- Creative, open-minded, and receptive to new ideas and diverse perspectives
