Your new responsibilities

  • Provide electrical & optical characterization & verification support to  R&D and other internal customers.
  • Ensure state of the art lab capability and apply latest scientific measurement technics to support company product roadmap.
  • Ensure delivery of high quality test/measurement results and reports required in accordance with the product specification for the generation of product datasheet.
  • Analyze product test/measurement data and translate them into specifications to ensure device performance and quality.
  • Scientific and technical advisor to R&D and other internal customers on product electro optical characterization.


What we look for


  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree in Science or Engineering. Photonics will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with a Master’s or PhD are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work with MATLAB, R, Python, or JMP for data automation, analysis, and visualization is required.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in LED, Light Sensor, or LASER will be an added advantage.
  • Possess basic knowledge in optics and photonics.
  • Experience in Electronics or Semiconductor testing/characterization will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of MATLAB, R, Python, C#, Visual Basic, or LabVIEW will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to deliver technical presentations to large audiences.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
