Your new responsibilities

Become part of our ENI business line—a dynamic division that delivers innovative lighting solutions for entertainment and industrial applications worldwide. Our products are used in cinemas, industrial facilities, and other demanding environments where quality and precision are essential.

ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation process: as part of a carve-out, the business line is being transferred to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. For you as Accountant / Finance Expert  (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.

 

  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, particularly in the GR/IR area
  • Reconciliation of payroll and salary accounts
  • Support for the Senior Finance Manager in operational and strategic tasks
  • Active involvement in shaping and optimising financial processes
  • Participation in monthly closing under IFRS and JGAAP
  • Preparation and contribution to statutory financial statements under German GAAP (HGB)
  • Monthly closing of VAT accounts and close collaboration with the tax advisor
  • Close cooperation with the Shared Service Centre


Who we are looking for


  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable, Tax background desirable (e.g. trained as a Tax Clerk and/or Certified Accountant)
  • First professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in an international environment
  • Solid knowledge of HGB, IFRS, and JGAAP
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation
  • Business-fluent English
  • Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
