- Global responsibility for technical sourcing activities and processes, ensuring compliance and maximizing EBIT contribution
- Support central technology departments in new projects and drive innovation sourcing
- Maintain close collaboration with internal and external partners to influence decisions and processes
- Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Lead price and contract negotiations, ensuring supply security under optimal conditions
- Apply procurement tools and levers to achieve cost and performance targets
- Monitor and develop suppliers regarding quality, logistics, technology, competitiveness, and strategic relevance
- Conduct market screening, gather intelligence, and provide scouting reports
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in operational procurement of indirect materials within a technical industry
- Experience in SAP O25 Purchasing Module, with a focus on:
- Order Processing (creation, modification, and tracking of purchase orders)
- Data Maintenance (management of master data, updating supplier and material information)
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, tools, and commercial practices
- Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
