By adding intelligence to light, we enable our customers to drive transformative applications. Our around 20,000 employees worldwide focus on innovation alongside the societal megatrends of digitalization, smart living, energy efficiency, and sustainability. • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (tax and social security law)
  • Handling garnishments and special cases (e.g., short-time work, partial retirement)
  • Collaboration with external payroll provider and internal interfaces (HR, Finance, IT)
  • Acting as contact person for authorities, tax offices, auditors, and professional associations
  • Supporting the implementation of the new HRIS/Payroll system and process optimization
  • Preparing reports and statistics
