- Develop high performance digital design components for Mixed-Signal ASIC for consumer applications, focusing on the front-end activities: concept definition, RTL implementation and all relevant quality checks
- Define operating modes of the IC and implement techniques to minimize current consumption
- Interact with the Technical Project Leader and other disciplines responsible to derive and define specifications and design partitioning, taking responsibility for the digital domain
- Perform and supervise detailed design, simulation, verification and validation of integrated circuits in collaboration with other team members like verification, analog, layout and validation engineers
- Prepare documents required for design reviews, internal discussions, test requirements and design documentation
- Creative problem solver, able to generate new IP and file patents
Who we are looking for
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- First work experience (~ 2 years) in Digital IC Design ASIC architecture and development, with proficiency in system level design and implementation of blocks in Verilog/System Verilog and system level design
- Experience in verification, Lint, CDC and digital synthesis. Proficiency in scripting languages (perl, shell, Tcl, python, GNU make etc.)
- Experience/Knowledge of mixed signal blocks like ADC/DAC and of digital DSP and filters is plus
- Team player with systematic and analytic approach
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
