Your new responsibilities

  • Perform the evaluation, development and optimization of new processes
  • To conduct FMEA with cross-functional teams for the introduction of new technology, tools and processes
  • Set up production line, perform process controls for smooth production flow
  • Work with QA and Engineering team to resolve process related issues and able to foresee potential problem
  • Perform evaluation and qualification on new packaging material 
  • Documenting work instructions for individual process  
  • Trained and can apply knowledge at 8D, FMEA, DMAIC, QC Tools


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 2-3 years hands on experience in tape and reel process and AOI systems
  • Experience in semiconductor is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to perform 12-hour rotating day and night shifts on a monthly basis
