Your new responsibilities

  • Support production and business line through assessment through in-line lot yield analysis and solving technical issues on setup/hardware or software.
  • Work closely with Quality, Product, Development and Test Engineering groups to ensure to improve Test yield and Product Quality
  • Work on Yield improvement, First Pass yield Improvement and drive for continuous improvement for assigned devices
  • Provide production support through maverick lot disposition and setup/hardware debug.
  • Update and maintain test programs and production data systems.
  • Perform GRR studies. Process and analyse result using statistical tools and perform corrective action as needed
  • Launch and support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, Six Sigma Projects)


What we look for


  • Graduate of Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Fresh Graduate to 2 yrs experience
  • Able to perform 12 hour shifting schedule
