Your new responsibilities

  • Work on Yield improvement, First Pass yield Improvement and drive for continuous improvement for assigned devices
  • Provide production support through maverick lot disposition and setup/hardware debug
  • Update and maintain test programs and production data systems
  • Perform GRR studies. Process and analyze result using statistical tools and perform corrective action as needed
  • Interface with other departments to support test related issues such as machine downtimes, Yield and Quality
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time


Who we are looking for


  • Graduate of Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Fresh Graduate to 2 yrs experience in Semiconductor Test/Manufacturing
  • Experience in Test Product Engineering, technician or Engineer level
  • Knowledgeable in Final Test and wafer Sort an advantage
  • Practical experience on X-Series and Diamond X series an advantage
  • Basic knowledge on 8D, FMEA
  • Experience using C++, python and Shell Scripting
