Your new responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic projects and programs. Develop project charters, implementation roadmaps, resource plans, and governance structures and tools and templates.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, budget, and expected business value. Define corrective actions for deviations and assure in time escalation if required.
  • Key contact for project/program stakeholders (including customer if required), manage interdependencies between projects, collaborate with involved departments within line organization.
  • Act as the primary project interface for leadership teams and functional owners. Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates. Periodic reporting of KPIs, metrics, project plans, resource requirements, risks and mitigations to steering management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
  • Track project budgets and resource utilization. Optimize resource allocation across multiple programs.    


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Technical course or equivalent
  • More than 5 years’ experience in semiconductor or electronics industry with focus on technology and/or manufacturing
  • >5 yrs experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects. Proven track record in manufacturing and operational transformation and project management
  • knowledgeable in systems related tools or Project Management Tools
  • Experienced in cross functional collaboration and with strong social skills
