Your new responsibilities

  • Act as the company’s designated Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) and authorized representative in compliance with PEZA, DOLE, and other applicable government regulations, including the preparation and submission of required documents for permits, reports, and approvals
  • Sign and seal all required engineering drawings and documents in compliance with government regulations and provide technical evaluation and certification for the safe operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct monthly facility inspections and submit engineering reports, including oversight of testing, commissioning, and issuance of Certificates of Safe Operation for newly installed equipment.
  • Oversee overall maintenance operations, including the design, execution, and continuous improvement of preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability.
  • Operate and ensure all facility systems (e.g., air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, fire pumps, RODI systems, etc.) function within design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement mechanical upgrades or modifications, and prepare, update, and revise engineering drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD.
  • Submit Scope of Work (SOW) documents for quotation requests, evaluate proposals, and supervise contractors to ensure quality and timely project completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related emergencies, including power outages and HVAC failures, ensuring immediate response and resolution.


Who we are looking for


  • Degree of BS Mechanical Engineering
  • Professional Mechanical Engineer 
  • Preferably with more than 5 years’ experience in related field is required
  • Strong skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical management, HVAC, and electrical systems.
