Your new responsibilities

  • End to end Project Management of the site-related Elevate programs (Smart Factory) ensuring alignment with global Operations Excellence programs and plant-level objectives
  • Key Contact for Operations aspect on automation, AI and Machine Learning
  • Identify opportunities for automation, connectivity, and AI driven Use Cases / solutions to improve operational KPIs
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of smart technologies with existing systems
  • Presentations for Senior Management whenever necessary


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Engineering related courses
  • Min 10 years’ experience in Semiconductor Operations or similar large-scale manufacturing
  • Experienced in IT and process-oriented way of work, power BI, and AI/ML Skills
  • Experienced in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Concept
