• Work within and understand the production process, plant procedures, equipment capabilities, and the flow of goods within the facility.
• Analyse delays and interruptions and adjust the production schedule accordingly to meet deadlines.
• Develop and achieve departmental and company goals while maintaining appropriate controls.
• Make suggestions for improvement in cost reduction, processes, quality, and productivity.
• Analyse product specifications to plan and ensure the availability of materials and machine resources, ensuring manufacturing work orders meet on-time delivery schedules.
• Perform forecasting analysis by analysing data and trends to predict future business outcomes.
• Work with various data sources to create accurate forecasts that inform business decisions and help the team meet targets.
• Demonstrate the ability to coordinate people and tasks, follow up effectively, and work with a sense of urgency.

Who we are looking for

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering or experience in a technical field, along with experience in planning or scheduling in a customized or engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.
• Min 4 years’ experience in Manufacturing or Semiconductor Planning
• Strong knowledge and experience of SAP system, Excellent Microsoft office skills with strong analytical abilities
• Good communication & negotiation skills, multi-tasker and a good team player
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines; strong stress management skills.
