Your new responsibilities

  • Maximizes manpower and equipment utilization in coordination with proper scheduling by planning team and ensures the efficient and proper use of resources.
  • Coordinate closely with support groups on various activities and planned actions on problems relating to production schedule, material availability, quality level, engineering standards, production equipment, etc.
  • Give updates through shift performance reports covering all activities/accomplishments done during the specific time frame. 
  • Conduct meetings with subordinates to discuss line performance and other important company matters and at the same time allow them to surface issues that affect them; enforces line discipline, conducts counselling as needed and coordinates closely with employees’ council activities and assures the council of full support. 
  • Monitors subordinates’ performance and institutes the necessary actions to maintain and upgrade performance.


Who we are looking for


  • College Graduate, preferably Engineering or in a related field
  • With background in capacity computation, standard time/cycle time, and planning.
  • Preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience or background in the same industry.
