Your new responsibilities

  • Conduct daily monitoring, inspection, testing, and maintenance of HVAC and cleanroom environmental control systems, including Package Type Air Conditioners, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Make-up Air Units (MAUs), room and process exhaust systems, ventilation systems, and EPA cleanroom air-conditioning systems, ensuring compliance through dust particle count analysis, ESD checks, and optimal system performance
  • Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance to each HVAC system of the facility
  • Package type Air Conditioner operating condition and efficiency monitoring
  • Refrigerant leak tracing, control system/circuit troubleshooting and repair
  • Measurement of air flow, static pressure, temperature and relative humidity  
  • Testing and commissioning of newly installed HVAC equipment    


Who we are looking for


  • Technical College Graduate / Vocationally Trained
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field of HVAC system
  • TESDA National Certification for Commercial Air-conditioning Installation and Servicing
  • TESDA National Certification for Industrial Refrigeration Operation and Maintenance
  • Knowledgeable in Motor Control and experienced in managing cleanroom air-conditioning
  • With knowledge on ISO 14644 (Class 7) and conduct and evaluate Room Particle Count
