Your new responsibilities

  • Perform incoming inspection, registration, and tracking of Load Boards, Probe Cards, and other test hardware to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Conduct preventive maintenance (PM), cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to maintain hardware reliability and production readiness.
  • Support production NOGO activities, hardware modifications, debugging, and hardware validation prior to production release
  • Assist Engineers and cross-functional teams in resolving hardware-related issues to support production and operational goals
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of critical spare parts, hardware components, and consumables to support production requirements
  • Support hardware transfer activities, engineering projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives through effective problem-solving and adherence to operational processes.  
  • Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and 5S standards and requirements.


Who we are looking for


  • Associate’s degree in engineering, or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Computer, Electrical, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, specializing in test hardware support, hardware debugging, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Experience in multiple technical functions, including hardware debugging, preventive maintenance, production support, hardware validation, inventory control, and continuous improvement projects within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Team-oriented with willingness to support cross-functional activities
