Your new responsibilities

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Final Test Operations, or equipment engineering environments
  • Hands-on experience with automated test handlers, test systems, and production support activities
  • Knowledge of yield improvement, equipment uptime management, and manufacturing performance metrics such as MUBA, Availability and Efficiency
  • Experience supporting equipment conversions, qualifications, and process validations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Production, Quality, Planning, and Engineering teams
  • Previous experience leading equipment improvement projects, cost-reduction initiatives, or productivity enhancement programs is an advantage                 


Who we are looking for


  • College level education or completion of a vocational/technical course in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related 
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage, familiar with Multitest MT9928 and MT9510 Test Handlers is highly preferred and possesses basic technical knowledge in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and production support
  • Knowledge of ESD, safety standards, and semiconductor manufacturing quality systems is preferred
  • Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies such as, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, or FMEA
